Ruokana chili sin carne, tortillasipsit, vihersalaatti ja paahdetut siemenet. Jälkiruokana suuren suosion saavuttaneet henkkapallerot aka män_pallot ja seesaminsiemenlevyjä.














Seesaminsiemenlevy
(Ohje löytyy myös Vegaanin uudesta keittokirjasta)

½dl kuorittuja auringonkukansiemeniä
½dl kuorimattomia seesaminsiemeniä
1dl sokeria

Paahda siemeniä pannulla, kunnes niihin tulee hieman väriä tai ne tuoksuvat paahtuneelle.
Kaada siemenet lautaselle.
Sulata sokeri pannulla, ja heti kun sokeri on sulanut mutta ei ruskettunut, lisää paahdetut siemenet ja sekoita.
Kaada seos leivinpaperille ja anna jäähtyä. Murra sopivan kokoisiksi palasiksi.

Xmas TK on December 12th!

Teijän Keittiö goes Xmas yummy and celebrates their second birthday! Since we're having a special event with special munchies, we can promise the whole meal deal only for 60 people, starting at 14:00. Main dish is, as always, 3€ and coffee with desserts 1€. Seitan roast ingredients also available, 3€/pouch or two for 5€.

TK 28.11.

The second last Teijän Keittiö of the year! This time there will be some heart-warming coconut curry yummyness. The main dish is 3€ as always, and with extra 1€ you'll get tea/coffee and the dessert. We will be open until we run out of food, so sorry, no exact ending time. But you probaply know this by now. :)

There's no TK next Sunday :(
